Where do we start with our Peppermint oil.
Firstly, if you have a headache or tummy ache, this is the go-to oil! It also has a very nice cooling effect on the skin. This is why our Breathe Bath Salts feels sensational in a hot bath. Working by constricting capillaries on the skin, It’s great for helping with bruises and sore joints. This is largely due to its menthol content which softens up the skin and muscles.
Good as a nerve tonic that helps with mental fatigue and nervous stress. Also great to keep ants away. You can use it in homemade toothpaste or as breath freshener. A subtle and refreshing smell thats not too overpowering but offers complexity to any blend.
Its partner in crime is Eucalyptus and Lemon Myrtle as other essential oils to blend with.
Peppermint oil is an integral part of our Rainforest Mist Essential Oil Blend and Rainforest Mist Body Scrub as well and just one of the reasons Peppermint oil completes any task naturally!
